All total prices at the point of checkout include EMS shipping if selected, the rates are based on the Thai Postal Service rates, calculated on weight based on the contents of your shopping cart.
Kerry Express option is also calculated on weight and the delivery location in Thailand, this is calculated automatically based on your postal code and weight of your items in the shopping cart.
We send a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number immediately the parcel has been shipped. It is the responsibility of the customer to monitor its location to avoid delay in delivery. Any non-claimed items will be returned to us by the postal service after 7 days. If the item needs to be reshipped an additional charge will be incurred.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the address details on the account information is accurate, we do not amend these, we copy them and use them on the parcel.
We will replace any products that are damaged during shipping, the damage must be reported within 7 days from time of shipping. We will also look at any defective product claims on a case by case basis, we are very careful to keep our customers satisfied. Any products that need to be replaced will be based on a case by case basis.
